Our values-based professional learning explores the relational nature of values, attitudes, behaviours and actions.
We create spaces in which values can be better understood and acted upon by those who share learning spaces or wish to influence a particular change.
We offer online and in-situ courses, mentoring, and facilitated engagement to give you full flexibility on your values journey. More information here...
We offer a range of tools and resources to support Learning Through Values and there is a growing values community within the CoRE.
Values influence all that we do, all that we are, and all that we aspire for. They shape our societies and the futures we create for ourselves, for those we relate to, and for the environments upon which we depend.
Our interaction with values is complex, but includes places of learning and of work that most of us experience in common. We specialise in understanding these spaces and creating processes to engage with values at the personal, professional, individual and organisational (cultural) scale.
Whether at the level of your own classroom, or the entire structure of your organisation, values are pivotal to what you do and try to do. Our values-led learning opportunities raise awareness of the power and potential of values, and help individuals and organisations to develop more intentional relationships with values in their own settings.
If you're curious to learn more, then get in touch for an informal conversation about potential collaboration or support.
There is no 'one way' to engage in Learning Through Values. What is right for you will depend on where you are in your values journey, the time and budget you have available, and the reasons you are considering learning more about values. We have devised a range of values pathways here with each described in some detail if you follow the links.
Group learning journey - series of online/in-situ sessions focussed on a particular sector (ie schools, NGOs) or issue (ie climate change, international development) as it relates to values and frames.
No problem. Maybe you didn't find quite what you were looking for, or perhaps you're not sure what you want at this time?
If that's the case, we invite you to a free and non-committal needs assessment via phone or Zoom which typically will take 10-20 mins. If you'd like to book one then please contact us and provide three or four potential times that work for you and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
