We are living in powerful times. The 'crisis' frame is everywhere. We don't ignore the urgency of the moment, but choose a more generative, hopeful and active framing; to find power in optimism, agency and possibility.
This begins by slowing down, by exploring our entanglements, and by learning to unlearn as much as learn. We do this to surface the possibility of deep change, to imagine thriving futures, and to begin co-creating these in the here and now.
How might we learn to make a difference together in powerful times?
Our practice is relational and imaginational. Thriving demands moving beyond the edges of our knowing, to widen our field of imagination. This is a reflexive process through which we learn to regenerate and transform together.
How might we jointly imagine and co-create better futures?
Change can feel risky, but the real risk lies in doing nothing. We understand change as an emergent and iterative process that embraces repeated cycles of risk-taking, uncertainty and adaptation that we call 'prefigurative learning'.
